📦 Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business days. During peak periods or promotional campaigns, there may be slight delays, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard flat-rate shipping across Australia:

Shipping times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

We use trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, and CouriersPlease, depending on your location and delivery preference.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. If you haven’t received tracking after 3 business days, please contact our support team.
Delivery Issues or Delays
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by external carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address entries. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we’ll reach out to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
🌍 International Customs & Taxes
Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid directly to them in order for your package to be released.
We are unable to offer refunds for orders that are declined or unclaimed due to unpaid customs or tax charges. If the shipment is returned to us for this reason, the return shipping cost will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Additionally, any customs or import fees paid upon delivery are non-refundable, even if the item is later returned.
